12.5 Entering Participant Information and Labeling Trial Graphs

1. Highlight Patient using the left-right arrow keys.
2. Press Enter.
3. Type in both Patient Name and Medical Record Number: the Participant ID number in the spaces labeled. Use “r” plus 4 digits beginning with “0” or “00” as needed.
4. Type in birth date numerically (MM/DD/YY).
5. Type in Operator: RA#
6. Make sure that the trial windows read: ‘Left Before’, ‘Left Before’, ‘Right Before’, and ‘Right Before’. This labels the individual ‘trial windows’ at the bottom of the data acquisition screen. These labels need to be changed every time you enter the program, both before and after using Neosynepherine with the participant.
