17.15 Checking Outliers After Scoring

After study is scored and SAS report created, report has to be checked for the presence of outliers. This is done using program Outlier.exe, located on the desktop of the scorer’s computer. In order to make program work following condition has to be met:

  • Sleep study has to be located in the root directory of the drive C - program will not check reports located anywhere else.
  • Name of the folder with the SAS report has to be Participant ID.
  • Name of the SAS report has to be Participant ID with added the letter "S" at the beginning and file has to be saved as a text file (extension .txt).
