I am only interested in the individual health aspect, meaning that I am looking for studies that prove that it is more likely to sleep well in a bed than on the ground and that therefore, sleeping in beds is better for one's health. I am not so much interested in group sleeping at this point.
Are there any studies that focus on the health aspect regarding sleeping in the bed vs. sleeping on the ground? Is there a study that shows that sleeping in beds or anywhere else than on the ground is more healthy than sleeping on the ground?
