Hi,
I am currently doing some analyses on pulse arrival time (PAT, time from the ECG peak to the systolic upslope in the PPG) on MESA. However, I found a consistent sawtooth artifact in the PAT time-series, which was also found in other datasets (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6733479/pdf/pone.0221319.pdf).
Is anybody aware of this problem? I looked at around 100 random subjects and it was present for each and every one of them.
