I am Looking for data sets of patients during CPAP (PSG may be useful as well) therapy with HTML identification of apneas and hypopneas based on experts. Presently, I am using the NSRR Homepap Lab Split data, but I do not feel the events are well identified.
The HomePAP dataset split night studies are the only overnight recordings with CPAP that come to mind. All the sleep scorers in HomePAP were trained polysomnologists from American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) accredited sleep centers.

Thank you for the information. Do we have an available report from the experts who did the scores for the split night CPAP study? Did they score considering a polysomnography record or a CPAP record only (only few signals available)? In particular, did they consider the SaO2 changes to score apneas and hypopneas?
