How to modify the download path

I am using windows, ruby is installed in D drive, but every time I download the file is in C drive, how to change to D drive, I don't have enough space in C drive.

The NSRR gem download will occur in your current folder. By default the Command Prompt typically opens to a user folder, I think, e.g. c:\Users\ABC123\
