13.5 Entering Participant Information and Labeling Trial Graphs
There are word functions underneath the smaller graphs. Use the left/right arrow keys to highlight

Input subject specific information
Label the four smaller ‘trial’ graphs.
Press
Enter
or use the up/down arrow keys to move from each requested item.
Type in
Patient Name
: ###-#### (familyID-personID)
Type in birth date numerically (MM/DD/YY).
Type in
Operator
: your initials
Leave
Referring Physician
and
Medical Record Number
blank.
Make sure each of the four graphs, listed top to bottom, are labeled:
nose breath
mouth breath
mouth breath
mouth breath
Press
Esc
to exit. You will return to Main Data Acquisition screen.
Highlight
acquire
on the screen, using the left/right keys.
Select the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th screen with the up/down keys. Begin recording trials on the first screen on the left.
