I need help with 2 data sets of PSG samples.
I am a student learning mechanical engineering. For a project I am doing i need help with 2 Data sets.
Data set of RR or HR samples in a frequency of at least 1 sample pr sec (of higher frequency) ,of a hole night.
2.Data set of sleep stages at night of the same HR/RR (Data set 1 ), with time relation so I can synchronize between the two samples. (best if this sleep stage samples were at 30 sec epoch.
I need those Datasets in a CSV file of in such a file I can convert from to CSV. I know how to work with basic python
I would be grateful if someone could help me.

Are you looking to find datasets that meet these criteria? Many of the datasets here have HR signals. Look for the "montage and sampling rate information" pages in the dataset documentation to see available signals. The MESA dataset also has R-point annotation files available. Most of the datasets have manual 30-second epoch staging available in the XML annotation files.
