I am new to CHAT and I am having a hard time distinguishing between variables from the baseline and follow up datasets. Version 7 capitalized the baseline variable names, but that is not the case for version 11. How do I tell a difference between the baseline and follow up variables?
What sort of variables are you using? Baseline and follow-up data are distinguished by the different datasets ('baseline' and 'followup'). If a variable (column) exists in both datasets then this means data were collected at both timepoints.
I suggest only using the latest version of the covariate dataset, which is 0.11.0. At some point we decided to change all the variable names to lowercase.
