Dear Sir/Madam,

I have seen in the HRV Analysis Overview, in which explain how these HRV were calculated. And 'the R-points were classified as normal sinus, supraventricular premature complex or ventricular premature complex. The automated annotations were reviewed by a trained technician, who made appropriate corrections.' My question is that could that be possible you can offer me the corrected annotation file of R-point? Besides, the datatset I am using is the Sleep Heart Health Study.

Thank you very much!

Sincerely

Wenhui Chen

Wenhui,

Thanks for checking out the resource. We do have the R-point annotation files posted for the MESA dataset: https://sleepdata.org/datasets/mesa/pages/hrv-analysis.md

You are looking to get similar annotation files for the Sleep Heart Health Study (SHHS), correct?

We should be able to do this, though it might take a few weeks to process and prepare for posting. I believe we could get the files posted sometime in July.

Thanks,

Mike

Wenhui,

I processed and deposited the HRV Rpoint files today for SHHS. The description and links to files are available here: https://sleepdata.org/datasets/shhs/pages/13-hrv-analysis.md
