Hello, I started working with the MNC data set, in the "cohorts_died.xsls" there are over 1000 ids, from the other hand there are about 800 xml files. However I can only match about 300 of them, that are both in the excel file and have an xml file. For example: 1) ssc/ssc_5835_1-nsrr has no line in the excel file but I do have an xml file for it 2) cnc/chc007 is in the table but has no xml file

how can I get the remaining of the data? either the diagnosis for the xml files that are not in the table or the xml files for the ids that are in the table?

Thank you Zozo

Hello - thanks for checking out the site. The MNC data are complete and these gaps/discrepancies have been acknowledged by the contributors. The Excel file and the EDF set were used for varying purposes and are not expected to completely overlap. A little more discussion here: https://sleepdata.org/forum/mignot-dataset-questions/

Thanks for the reply, another thing I noticed is that some nights are very long, over 10 hours, which is odd but possible. but some are 20 hours (the DHC dataset), how is that possible? some of them seem to be two nights/ night and MSLT, is there a way to separate those? Thanks!

Everything we've received from the MNC contributor has been posted. Unfortunately, we (the NSRR) won't be able to provide additional details about such edge cases.
