6.4 Body Mass Index (BMI) Measurement

6.4.1 Age, Sex, Weight, and Height

Each of the above measurements must be taken in order for use in skinfold prediction equations. Age and sex can be determined from subject questionnaires. Weight can be measured on a standard scale in kg, and height can be measured using any appropriate measuring device in cm.
