Yes, I saw the answer in the previous post. But this program for the analysis of HRV did not suit me, because in Russia they use a special program for the analysis of HRV (Neurosoft HRV polyspectr), as in that program there is a calculation of additional indicators used in Russia (Bayevsky index), as well as additional features in the form of calculation of functional samples. But this program (Neurosoft polispektr HRV) uses the EDF format. My ECG records in Gdf format (i used a compact ECG device healforce (PC 180b) and a special utility to convert to gdf (other utilities to work with this device is not found). So I am looking for a way to convert GDF ECG record to any format (edf ,BDF, ECG, xml, etc)
I have ECG records in the format .gdf. I need to convert them into .edf format to open it in the program (Neurosoft analysis of HRV)
I have ECG records in *.GDF format, but I don't know what program to use to analyze heart rate variability. I know there's a kubios program that reads this format, but it is available only in the premium version (I am a poor medical student from Russia)
1)is there a free program, analogues of kubios hrv, working with GDF format?
2) is there a program that extracts R-R intervals from the GDF format?
3) is there a way to convert GDF to other formats to be analyzed in programs (edf e.t.c)?
ps. perhaps there are grammatical errors in this text. I used a google translator. I will be very grateful for any help
