I have been testing out Luna to take out EEG artifacts from the shhs1 edf files.
To remove artifacts, I am currently using the welch theorem:
However, I can't seem to figure out how to output a cleaned eeg dataset and I was wondering if anyone could help.
Also, is it possible to remove EMG and EOG(R and L) artifacts from EEG?
I have been looking around but I am not having any luck.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have been having trouble figuring out how to us SpectralTrainFig with SHHS edf files in MATLAB. I have looked at other forum such as https://sleepdata.org/forum/invalid-erroneous-edf-files-in-shhs thinking that the possible mistake is that the date of the shhs edf files were erroneous because whenever I tried to use SpectralTrainFig, it would state that my edf file couldn't be processed (although the edf sample that was provided by SpectralTrainFig was working, to which I assumed that I correctly installed SpectralTrainFig). I thus tried to figure out what was wrong with the edf file in SHHS by using the app BlockEDFSignalRasterView for shhs1-200001.edf to shhs1-200004.edf. The results gave error for the header was that the recording start date year is mis-specified and that the start time minute is not standard. There were also problems with the Signal Header which has physical min is not less than physical max, for both THOR RES and ABDO RES. Moreover it stated that the most serious error was a scaling error. As of current, I am not to sure how to approach/address this problem. Any guidance would be well appreciated. My overall goal is to use SpectralTrainFig on SHHS so that I can remove artifacts.
