Hi all,

I was just looking at the SHHS interim data on 'weight' (labelled as fuweight) see: https://sleepdata.org/datasets/shhs/variables/fuweight I noticed that the distribution of weight is very different from that in SHHS1 and SHHS2. see: https://sleepdata.org/datasets/shhs/variables/weight The maximum value for weight in the interim data is over twice as high as that in the SHHS1 or SHHS2 data

For those of you experiencing the same problem, know that 'fuweight' variable contains a mixture of 'kilograms' and 'pounds'. This is coded in "wtunits" where 1 =kilograms and 2=pounds.

Regards, Winda

Winda,

Thanks for pointing this out -- it is rather confusing. We will add it to our Known Issues list. We'll also add more context on the variable page itself.

Thanks Mrueschman, the 'known issues list' looks really useful!
