We have released the 0.6.0 dataset for the Sleep Heart Health Study. This dataset corrected a minor oversight from 0.5.0 and also included the recoding of age variable values of 90 and above. The latter was implemented to more closely match the HIPAA guidelines on Protected Health Information.

Release summary:

0.6.0 Changes

  • The interim dataset has been pared down to only include individuals who consented to have their data shared
  • Identifiable ages (age > 89) have been recoded as 90 years old in the dataset

Thanks Mrueschman,

Can I know how v0.7.0 is different form v0.6.0?

Regards, Winda

Yes, you can view the CHANGELOG to see the changes. For this release we added new datasets (EEG spectral analysis and CVD Events); the existing datasets should have stayed the same (save for some data dictionary corrections/fixes).

I will make a post for the new release. Thanks!

Hi Mike,

Do you have similar plans to recode ages >89 to 90 in the other data sets? SOF and MrOS still have ages > 89 in the dataset.

Thanks, Matt

Matt: Sure, we can plan to do that for consistency's sake in MrOS/SOF in our next releases. Thanks for raising the issue.
