Hi,

I see that some of the databases (such as SHHS, CFS, Numom, and MESA) have been re-annotated. For example, the Apnea Hypopnea Index (AHI) has been computed according to the 2012 guidelines.

Is there some reference to a publication related to these re-annotations, that I could cite? At least, is there a way to know which institute performed the re-annotation?

Thanks in advance, Jeremy

Thanks for the question. There hasn't been a "re-annotation" in the way you're thinking (i.e., re-opening and re-scoring of the PSG data); this is more of a mixing and matching of the originally scored respiratory events to better conform to more modern guidelines.
