Hi, i am interested to know if there is the raw data of the Photoplethysmogram signal. In the forum i found the question two times, but i couldnt find an answer. Do you know where i can find it? Thank you and great week! Luis
Hey - thanks for checking out the site.
A number of datasets have Pleth channels. Please look for the montage and sampling rate information pages to see what signals are available in each dataset. For instance, MESA - https://sleepdata.org/datasets/mesa/pages/equipment/montage-and-sampling-rate-information.md
Hey, thank you for the quick answer! im looking for the data messured with the Photoplethysmogram, since that device lets you get better quality of sleep during the experiment. As far as i could read other questions on the forum, the link you gave(thanks again for it) is the plethysmogramsignal messured in the PSG, isn't it?
Best regards Luis
Yes, some of our datasets with full polysomnography (PSG) included a photoplethysmogram (PPG) sensor. You could extract the raw PPG signal from the EDF files for further analysis.
Tools to extract/output might include:
Thank you a lot! i wish you an awsome day :D
