Free EDF viewer and annotation tool

The data in the NSRR databank includes PSG in EDF format and annotation in XML format.

I am wondering if there is an free tool that can load and visualize the edf and annotation from the NSRR as well as modify the annotation like most commercial PSG software do?

We don't have any in-house visualization/scoring tools. I commonly use EDFbrowser (https://www.teuniz.net/edfbrowser/) and Polyman (https://sites.google.com/view/diegoalvarezestevez/projects/polyman) to visualize EDF signals. They each support annotations as well, though the NSRR annotations would likely need to be programmatically reformatted to match the viewer's specifications.
