I have EEG data from resting-state EEG-fMRI acquisition already preprocessed using BrainVision Analyzer (BrainProducts Software). I would like to export my post-processed EEG data in a format that I can use as input on SpectralTrainFig App. The Analyzer can output data as *.dat file, txt, and also EDF (or +EDF) file, but not the mirror XML file that your tool asks for. Any tip? I am sorry if I miss something from the documentation, but where could I find an example XML file?
My aim is to determine periods of sleeping within the acquisition.
Unfortunately we no longer have anyone on the team that supports the SpectralTrainFig tool. The Luna tool does a lot with EDFs and EEG data and is actively being developed.
