Hi team,
Body movement and heart rate variability are used together for sleep stage distinguish . However, absolute time of actigraphy can not find. Consquently, there is no idea about the time of actigraphy corresponding to the time of psg(hrv), can I align two kinds of data in time?
Sorry, i made a mistake. What i mean is the absolute date of actigraphy can not find and the time like MM/DD/YYYY hour/minute of heart rate variability can not find.
We generally remove calendar dates from all our files since they are considered identifiers. This does pose difficulties in aligning some data, such as the MESA PSG and actigraphy files.
I believe you could use that supplemental file, along with the HRV **seconds **column (https://www.sleepdata.org/datasets/mesa/pages/hrv-analysis.md), to align these data sources (when they overlapped, which was not the case for some subjects).
