Hi, I have noticed that the tsv files in the NCH database include respiratory events and sleep stages. I was wondering if there is any plan to add AHI values for every PSG study. If no, according to which guidelines the respiratory events were annotated (in order to calculate the AHI myself)?
thanks, Sharon
In order to estimate my model performance on different subgroups (age, sex, race, etc.) I need to have the meta-data for every patient in the dataset. For the baseline and followup groups, the variables are explained in the variables page (https://sleepdata.org/datasets/chat/variables), and given in the data description files. But for the non-randomized group, I see a few columns without explanations, but I assume that they refer to a few important parameters.
do anyone knows what the columns "ref5", "ref6", "ref8", and "ref9" means? I only know that "ref4" is "race".
Thank you Dan! I'm still waiting to get permission for those datasets, and I could explore them better! Sharon
Hi, does anyone know if CHAT and NCH Sleep DataBank have the raw PPG signal? (not SpO2). In the project description and related articles, it's not mentioned specifically the "pleth" channel.
