NSRR Cross Cohort EDF Viewer seamlessly integrates clinical sleep annotations from available NSRR studies by translating vendor specific sleep terms (Compumedics, Embla) to standardized nomenclature using NSRR Canonical Data Dictionary.
Key features of the EDF viewer:
a) Categorical viewing of sleep events, such as Cardiac, Staging, Respiratory, etc
b) On-the-fly rendering of sleep annotations on signals of interest (Arousal event can be displayed on EEG/C4)
