SOF dataset

Hi, I went to the SOF online website to look for the files about the cognitive exam, only found the files related to cognition in Data & Documentation, and downloaded the compressed package according to the corresponding version V8. When I opened the compressed package file in python, I found that the number of ids in the data was 4621, while the data downloaded from the NSRR website was only 461, so I wanted to know what the corresponding relationship between the 461 subjects in 4621 ids was. I would appreciate it if you could help me.

NSRR only hosts data for the 461 SOF subjects who took part in the home sleep testing portion of Visit 8. The overall SOF cohort is much larger, as you've seen from the SOF Online datasets.

I have a question, does the id in the name of the edf file downloaded from the NSRR website correspond to the id in the cognitive data of the SOF Online website? For example, does 00004 in the file sof visit-8-00004.edf correspond to the subject with id 4 in the cognitive data of the SOF Online site?

Yes, the IDs should align in the manner you describe.
